Let’s break it down:
You are on the 1-yard line after a Marshawn Lynch run, leaving you with three downs to score a touchdown and overcome the Patriots’ four-point lead.
You are trying to score more points than the other team in order to win the game because that’s how football works and you’re an elite head-coach, so you know that. It’s also the Super Bowl, so winning is good.
You’ve got a lot of logical thoughts running through your head of what sort of play to run. Maybe catch them off guard with a second-down punt or perhaps bring Tarvaris Jackson in the game to score a game-winning fake-spike touchdown. Or maybe give it to one of the most powerful backs in the league so that he can force his way into the endzone and win the Super Bowl.
“Nah homie, I’m thinking interception.”
This ain’t college anymore Peter. And don’t back your terrible decision up with this terrible logic. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wf5GNC9zUP8
